    We have current openings for a California Certified Journeyman Electricians for our Underground Utility and Airfield Lighting team. The Electrician will provide specialized skills on our traffic signal and Caltrans projects throughout California.

    Position Summary:

    The Journeyman Electrician will provide leadership, efficient installation of electrical work, training, and quality control. The Journeyman may also be responsible for the development of apprentices and trainees assigned to them.



    • Must possess a current and valid California Journeyman Certification
      • NOTE: Include your Certification Number when applying
    • Willingness and capability to work on traffic signal systems (new construction/upgrades)
    • Must have knowledge of Caltrans standards and specifications
    • Must have electrical skills, including, but not limited to; plan reading, layout, various conduit bending, wire pulling, and ability to follow directions
    • Must be proficient with the use of hand power tools
    • Must have reliable transportation and your own hand tools

    Special Considerations:

    • Caltrans and Traffic signal installation experience is a plus!
    • Willingness to travel.
