OHL NA is seeking an experienced General Superintendent. The General Superintendent works in partnership with the Project Management teams to build safe, high quality projects. This position is responsible for overseeing management of all superintendent crews and resources which includes labor, equipment and materials for our Highway and Bridge projects.

Responsibilities for this position and required skills include:
- 10 + years of Heavy Highway Civil Construction experience
- 4 year Engineering Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be safety oriented; OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 Certification preferred
- Previous Caltrans experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with terms and conditions of Project Contracts, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exhibits strong leadership qualities
- Strong decision making/problem solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
