Job Description

• Reporting to work as scheduled
• Utilizing your welding skills to produce quality welds
• Work with co-workers for successful completion of projects
• Work with project supervision to ensure quality, safety, and schedules are met
• Have proficient knowledge of the ASME and AWS code and material specifications including D1.1;

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience
• Ability to pass a 2” schedule 160 x-ray examined qualification pipe test in a 6-G position utilizing SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and or GTAW processes; and a Vertical Up plate test utilizing GMAW-FCAW
• Ability to pass specified required x-ray examination’s during production;
• Ability to maintain production in fast paced shop environment;
• Ability to weld alloys (Stainless, Inconel, Hastelloy, Chrome-Moly type materials, and exotics)
• Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints with minimal supervision;
• Ability to layout, fit-up, and weld vessels with minimal supervision;
• Must have proficient knowledge of the ASME and AWS code and material specifications including D1.1
