  • Essential Functions

    • Responsible for the strict adherence to company safety policies and programs through the communication and enforcement of the Skanska Safety and Health Management Program
    • Schedule, track and log equipment moves to and from the projects
    • Monthly equipment billing to the project
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of the company equipment fleet
    • Manage the company lease plan; including vehicle maintenance, registration and insurance
    • Manage equipment inspections to conform with environmental compliance policies
    • Oversee the fleet’s Fast track account
    • Department specific purchasing duties
    • Secure oversize permits
    • Assist with documentation of outside rentals
    • D.O.T. Compliance
    • Run MVR’s
    • Parts orders
    • Receive and track orders for rental equipment
    • Open/close work orders
    • Help review DVI’s
    • Track and schedule upcoming PM’s
    • Track oil sample reports
    • Issue fuel PIN’s
    • Create utilization reports
    • Order fuel
    • Track fuel dispensing
    • Green Policy reporting
    • CARB compliance
    • Review timecards
    • AP/Code invoices
    • Equipment forecasting
  • Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent is required
    • Technical or vocational training is preferred
    • At least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry or warehouse setting is a plus
