JOB SUMMARY: Accurately perform quantity take-offs for projects on-time based on customer developed scope and/or internally developed scope.

Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage time to be able to multi-task and take-off several projects at once within time constraints of client(s)
• Responsible for attending pre-bid job-walks
• Identify scope of work
• Create a thorough and accurate On-Screen-Take-off based on the most updated plans, Geotech Report, client provided scope sheet, phasing plan, schedule, specifications and all other bid docs.
• Conforming drawings to generate a composite and most update set of bid docs
• Downloading and distribute bid docs to all Estimators
• Any other items listed in Performance Expectations Outline
• Any other duties deemed necessary.
METRICS
- Volume of Take-Off’s performed
- Contracts & Capture Rate of converted estimates to contracts stemming from take-off’s
- Performance Expectations outline criteria

Position Requirements
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Office environment – minimal lifting
- Verbal, numerical and general computer intelligence
- Required to wear safety equipment when visiting job sites
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in progress or completed degree in related field preferred. Strong organizational skills, good communications skills combined with ability to multi-task. Specific construction software knowledge a plus: On-Screen-Takeoff, Accu-build, B2W, MS Office, Excel, Access, etc.
