Proudly educating and training Journeyman of the future. JJATC is dedicated to nurturing the roots of air conditioning and refrigeration. Our journeyman, apprenticeship, and continuing education training programs cultivate ever-growing expertise in air conditioning and refrigeration technologies, systems, and applications.

Kern County Electrical J.A.T.C. IBEW Local 428 offers a five-year training program incorporating on-the-job training and supplemental classroom-related instruction so individuals can earn electrician certification.

Sheet Metal Workers` Local 104 and Bay Area Training Fund is a joint Labor-Management Trust dedicated to provide the men and women of the Sheet Metal Industry the highest level of training skills and knowledge in this trade.

IUPAT LOCAL 1399 offers apprenticeship training for individuals interested in a career as a glazier.

Local 45 represents Roofers and Waterproofers in the San Diego and Imperial County areas.

Apprentice electricians install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and systems. This equipment includes pumps, motors, motor controls, transformers, circuit breakers, electrically operated valves, switchgear, variable and constant speed drives; programmable logic controllers, emergency generator systems, power systems, and lighting systems.
