UA Local 345

United Association Local Union 345 is a chapter of the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada (UA), which represents about 350,000 plumbers, pipefitters, sprinkler fitters, HVAC service technicians and welders in Local Unions across North America.

This program fulfills 9,000 hours of diversified on-the-job training. Apprentices earn while they learn, working the job with Journeymen. In addition, they attend classes or related technical instruction 1 Saturday a month for 5 years or the equivalent of 9,000 hours.
