A Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) consisting of International Union of Painters and Allied Trades (IUPAT) members and union signatory contractors governs the District Council 16 Apprenticeship Programs. This labor/management cooperation ensures state of the art techniques are learned and safely applied on the job.
