Northern California Plasterers J.A.T.C.

This apprenticeship program is administered by the Northern California Plasterers Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee (JATC) and covers all 46 Northern California Counties.

Its purpose is to train apprentices to become journeypersons in the plastering industry. The Northern California Plasterers JATC committee, through its state-approved standards, operates this apprenticeship program.
