Santa Barbara County Pipe Trades J.A.C.

The A & J Training Trust Fund is hereby established for the purpose of instituting, conducting and participating in educational programs for Apprentice and Journeyman in the plumbing and piping industry within Southern California.

Apprentices and Journeymen are encouraged to improve their skills, qualifications and certifications by taking advantage of education opportunities. These opportunities promote leadership skills in communication and motivation, safety, efficiency and adaptability in their life and career.
