We are a jointly sponsored organization of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) nd NECA (National Electrical Contractor Association).
Our formed JATC (Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee) responsibility is to recruit, train and educate individuals to meet the ever increasing needs of electrical industries in Solano and Napa Counties.
